We were walking around the inside of the Space Needle’s observation deck, after having taken a few strolls around the outside, when I looked out and gasped, seeing this young boy just sitting on the railing. There’s actually a pane of plexiglass between the lowest metal bar and the bottom of the deck, but there was a brief moment of illusion when Jeff and I both thought the kid had been placed on that railing at a completely open space 520 feet above the ground.
