Yikes -- can't you get in trouble for posting stuff like that?

It's an interesting question, and one I thought about before posting. I hope the answer is "no"; it's a personal reflection, posted on my personal site, on my own time. Given the continued assaults on our first amendment and other civil liberties, however, it's unfortunately probably an open question.

Posting stuff like what? I don't see anything wrong. I thought the "Rice Queen" bit was awesome.

Thom Watson was born in a "pro-America" part of the country but then grew up to become a gay, liberal, Harvard-educated atheist living in northern California. He has come to terms with the fact that this pretty much disqualifies him from ever holding public office.
