Following similar rulings from Ontario and British Columbia, the Quebec Court of Appeals (the province's top court) ruled today that same-sex couples indeed have the right to marry.
If gay folk want the right to marry and divorce with all those hassles then fine. HOWEVER, I as a divorced heterosexual want the right to a civil union so I can quickly end my next relationship. (Preferably by fax or email) To give the "right" of civil unions to only gay folk is discrimination. Love you Thom
